In order to minimize the pollution caused by human activities in operation, staffs should change protective apparels, shower, bath, and disinfect before entering the clean section. And all kinds of objects must be purified before entering the clean section. Material purification route should be separated from human purification route. If materials and personnel can only enter the clean room at the same place, they also should enter the door separately. Materials firstly go through rough purification treatment.
