1、Gas-source parts: cylinder (air supply) set cylinders placed in a specific room, through one-stage vacuum system (gas regulator or manifold) with gas under pressure into a low pressure gas.

气源部分：气瓶（气源）集中安置在特定的气瓶间，通过一级减压系统（气体减压器或汇流排）将高压气体转化成低压气体。

2、Piping parts: stainless steel pipeline to deliver the gas to the floor after equipment used in every room.

管道部分：经过（316#）不锈钢管道将气体送到各楼层各房间的仪器设备使用点。

3、Terminal part: the instrument is configured before cut-off valve and secondary pressure reducer, can make gas switches, precise adjustment and display air pressure.

终端部分：仪器前配置截止阀和二级减压器等，可以制作气路的开关，调整和显示气体压力。
